We process account, booking, and payment-related data to operate the ticketing platform for organizers (tenants) and their suppliers. Customer ticket emails and QR tokens are sent to complete purchases.
Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Stripe (and, when enabled, local payment providers) process card payments. Resend delivers transactional email. We do not sell personal data.
Organizers are controllers of their customer data. Ticketing Experts acts as a processor for platform operations. Contact support@ticketingexperts.com for access or deletion requests, or see ticketingexperts.com.
